TERMS AND CONDITIONS: HINDWARE FESTIVE BONANZA

1. GENERAL & ELIGIBILITY

  • This limited period offer ("Promotion"), is promoted by Hindware Home Innovation Limited ("Company"), is valid for Indian citizens throughout India except the state of Tamil Nadu.
  • The Promotion is only available to Customers ("Recipients") who purchase select products of the Company—specifically limited to the Kitchen Appliances, Kitchen Sinks and Water Heaters categories (collectively, the "Eligible Products")—from participating dealers ("Dealerships") of the Company. This Promotion is strictly not available to Dealerships, their respective employees, or employees of the Company.
  • The Promotion is valid for purchases of Eligible Products made between 25th September 2026 and 15th November 2026 (both dates inclusive). To be eligible, the corresponding purchase invoice must be dated strictly within this specified period.
  • The last date to submit your request to redeem the gift is 30th November'2026.

2. PURCHASE CRITERIA

  • This Promotion shall be valid on a single Minimum invoice value only. The qualified minimum invoice value (inclusive of taxes) of products must be a minimum of ₹11,999/-.
  • No split billing shall be entertained. Partly or fully unpaid bills will automatically disqualify the Recipients from the Promotion.
  • This Promotion is not applicable for Sales order/Order Booking/Payment Receipt/Delivery Challans.

3. REWARD MECHANISM ("TRIPLE DHAMAKA")

  • Upon fulfilling the purchase criteria, the Recipient will receive a "SCRATCH AND WIN" card complimentary, containing an assured gift and a chance to win Lucky Draw and Bumper Draw prizes, subject to fulfillment of the following terms.
  • Assured Gifts:

4. REDEMPTION PROCESS

For all Gifts, the Recipients are required to follow the steps below on the microsite managed by the third-party Service Provider, Countrywide Network Pvt. Ltd. ("CNPL"):

Phase 1: Purchase & Initial Scan

  • Receive Scratch Card: The customer gets a physical scratch card upon purchasing any Hindware Smart Appliances of invoice value of INR 11,999/- (inclusive of taxes).
  • Reveal Unique Code & Gift: The customer scratches the card to reveal their unique code & guaranteed gift.
  • Access Portal: The customer scans the QR code on the scratch card to automatically land on the redemption website https://www.HindwareOffers.com

Phase 2: Web Portal Registration & Invoice Verification

  • Contact Verification: Input mobile number and email ID, then complete OTP authentication.
  • Voucher Validation & Gift Reveal: Enter the unique promotional code from the scratch card and click "Submit". Only one registration can be made per mobile number and email id. Registration must be completed within the Offer Period. The Recipient will come to know which specific physical gift, cashback amount, or voucher they have won.
  • Delivery Address Entry: Enter complete delivery details (Full Name, Address, Landmark, City, Pincode) to view the visible reward. For physical gifts (Smartwatch, Bluetooth Speaker, etc.), dispatches will be made within 14-21 days, provided the address given is complete and serviceable.
  • Invoice Upload: Upload a clear photo of the invoice, scratch card, and a valid photo ID (JPG, PNG, or PDF up to 5MB). Please note: Submission of an Aadhaar card is not mandatory. Customers may voluntarily upload any other valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, or PAN Card). The ID Proof uploaded will be deleted from the database upon completion of the campaign.
  • Confirmation: Receive an instant confirmation screen with a unique Acknowledgement Number for future reference.

Phase 3: Cashback Payout Transfer

  • Link Dispatch: Within 48 hours of invoice verification, a redemption link is sent via SMS to the customer's registered mobile number.
  • Link Access: Opening the SMS link automatically prefills the promotional code on the form.
  • Identity Check: Re-enter the mobile number and authenticate via OTP.
  • Reward Display: Benefit Vouchers + Cashback/Bluetooth Speaker/Smart Watch is shown on the screen.
  • Payment Mode Selection & Transfer: For cashback only, select the preferred payout channel (Amazon Pay Balance, Bank Transfer, or UPI Transfer), submit account details, complete OTP verification, and confirm to process the payment. The approved cashback amount will be credited to the selected account within 48-72 working hours of successful submission.

5. ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONTACT INFORMATION

  • This Promotion is non-transferrable, non-negotiable for the winning Recipient, is not redeemable against cash or credit, and cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offers/Promotions.
  • The images shown in the communication are representatives of the actual product and may vary in color, brand, and appearance.
  • All valid Recipients of the Dealership will be automatically eligible for the Computerized Lucky Draw and Bumper Draw. Winners will be informed through an email sent to their registered mail ids.
  • The last date to submit your request to redeem the gift is 30th November'2026.
  • This Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversies, and conflicts arising out of the scheme shall be referred to courts of competent jurisdiction in Gurugram. All legal liabilities like TDS and other statutory liabilities are to be borne by the Recipient.
  • ₹7 Crores is the aggregate national pool value across all scheme rewards, not individual winnings. Highest single prize value is ₹1,00,000 (ex-showroom two-wheeler). This scheme is not applicable in Tamil Nadu.
  • If you are the winner of a "Gift Card", CNPL will provide you with a choice of four leading e-commerce brands to choose from. We will email you a gift e-code to your registered and verified email address. Please note that all terms and conditions for redeeming the gift e-code will apply.
  • No participation or delivery fee is charged. Winner bears all applicable taxes, vehicle registration, insurance, and road tax (valid driving license mandatory).
